- Maintain close contact with your insurance carrier to make certain you receive all payments allowable under your coverage to be processed promptly.
- Fax your insurance carrier all the necessary documents, among them contracts, worksheets, and invoices.
- Give you a contact number for our office administrative staff should you need more information, or answers to your concerns or issues. Also provide you with a direct line to your Personal Roofing Consultant, plus a number for emergencies after-hours and on the weekends.
- Update you with routine progress reports regarding all transactions between your Personal Roofing Consultant and your insurance carrier.
